Requirements:

2+ years sales experience in corporate sales.
Proven track record in target achievement.
Previous experience in the Internet or related industries would be advantageous.

Customer Account ManagersYou will be responsible for managing and developing our expanding customer base, providing our customers with the highest levels of customer service and care, and seeking new opportunities for extending our services portfolio to them.

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar role.
Experience in tele-marketing desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self starter.

Pre-Sales ConsultantsYou will be working alongside our account managers to provide our clients with complete Internet Solutions, and supporting our sales process with the required technical knowledge to specify and define customer requirements.

Requirements:

Strong Internet knowledge, preferably in IP security and firewalls.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer focus.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Credit ControllerAs part of our finance team, you will be responsible for the effective collection of service charges and also involved in the preparation of monthly accounts.

Requirements:

Excellent telephone skills.
Familiarity with Word and Excel essential.
Basic Accounting skills are required.

Web Site DeveloperAs part of our Web Development Group, you'll be responsible for working closely with our customers to meet their requirements on the development of their sites.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HTML,Java,Perl,and C++ programming.
Familiarity with the UNIX, Windows and Mac OS platforms.
Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator software.
Good communication skills.
